Wood Pellet
Project Description
We have successfully helped our clients transition to wood pellets as their biomass fuel solution. Wood pellets are produced from natural wood waste and are formed using a three-phase electric press. Wood waste is fed into a hopper, and the machine compresses and extrudes the material through a die to produce cylindrical pellets ranging from 10mm to 50mm in length and 8mm to 12mm in diameter. The pellets are dense and are cooled by air or cold vapor to set their shape. The machine has a capacity of 1.5 to 2.5 tons per hour.
